Elite nails

Critical: QualityMoved to the area recently and have been trying to find a new nail salon to go to. Stopped in here and got the worst fill I have ever gotten. The nail tech didn’t bother to shape my nails and did a very poor job. The nails are bumpy, thick and look terrible. The nails started to lift after just a few days. Paint chipping as well. Moved to the area recently and have been trying to find a new nail salon to go to. Stopped in here and got the worst fill I have ever gotten. The nail tech didn’t bother to shape my nails and did a very poor job. The nails are bumpy, thick and look terrible. The nails started to lift after just a few days. Paint chipping as well. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI can say this genuinely, the most nicest, professional, top notch customer service nail salons I’ve visited. The take their time and with each step ask if you are pleased. I had one mistake and had to go back and they fixed it and gave me a whole new polish at no charge. They’ve always made time for me and every customer that I have seen visit. Very nice people. I can say this genuinely, the most nicest, professional, top notch customer service nail salons I’ve visited. The take their time and with each step ask if you are pleased. I had one mistake and had to go back and they fixed it and gave me a whole new polish at no charge. They’ve always made time for me and every customer that I have seen visit. Very nice people. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again.

The first thing I want to say is thank you for be so nice to your customers! I went 2 times in September one was for a waxing and the second time to get my nails done. They are on time with appointments and they take there time with you. I just moved to the area and need to find a good nail place, well I found them! I didn’t have any nails pop off or lift! Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI usually don’t write reviews that are harsh but this place is terrible. The only person who seemed qualified to do nails was a lady named Tiffany/Tina. They were not welcoming at all, and did not greet me when i walked in. When i was getting my nails done the man continuously cut me and buffed off parts of my skin, when i told him he hurt me he just put some liquid on it and moved on even though my skin burned. He laid the product on very bumpy and uneven, and the shape was not even close to what i asked for. All my nails are different lengths and half of them are crooked, and he got the acrylic powder on my skin. Then he did my nail polish VERY uneven, there was bubbles and lumps all over it. Then when he was done with the color i asked if he could put on some butterfly sparkles, he then put me in to dry and then when i was done he put on the butterflies with NAIL GLUE and did not put any clear coat over top. He placed them all completely different and did 4 on one finger and 6 on the other, even though i asked for 5. He did not do a top coat and the polish is so thin it’s basically translucent. I usually don’t write reviews that are harsh but this place is terrible. The only person who seemed qualified to do nails was a lady named Tiffany/Tina. They were not welcoming at all, and did not greet me when i walked in.
