10 days ago Helen gave me my 1st Gel manicure with a set of nail tips ( I have always had short frosty pink nails), with a bold color and they still look like Day 1. Shiny , strong , perfect and beautiful. Yes – I now wear dish gloves in the kitchen and my cuticles are thanking me for it, but otherwise I am doing everything else the same. My hands were a wreck after the last 3 years of constant cleaning and now they are pretty once again. The shop is clean and friendly, I will be a regular.

I went to the salon for powder gel because I have a wedding this weekend. I’ve been here once before and it was ok so I thought I would give them another go. I had to wait 15 minutes after my appointment time to be seen and three different people came and left. It was clear they overbooked, however I remained patient. As you can see in the photo the gel powder came out fine, but the filing of my nails was so harsh it broke skin on almost every nail. I told the tech but it continued to happen. I had a 1:15pm appointment, arrived at 1:07pm, and did not leave until 3:15pm.

When I first started going to Elite, a woman named Cathy did my mani/pedi, and she was excellent. At some point I was told that “Cathy no longer works here.” After that, I was assigned to different persons every time I went, and every time I came away dissatisfied, sometimes even in pain from the poor job of nail cutting. Last time, in frustration, I mentioned what a good job Cathy had always done. My remark was met with sarcastic laughter and comment. Finally, I have just stopped going there.

This is my go-to nail spot. I love it here and have nothing but great things to say. Even if the polish or gel gets on your skin they are kind enough to clean you off if you just ask. I’ve had different technicians do my nails (Sarah, Kevin, Su-yun and more) and they’re all so nice and very talented! I love the pedicures I’ve had done and gel manicures always last me longer than 2 weeks 🙂 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Nice place to get nails done but 3 days later my nail completely broke with the gel manicure. I guess you get what you pay for. I hate saying that though. I rather pay more for great quality instead of a low price for a less than okay work.

Appears to be a clean place. We went for pedicures. Very insistant on us also getting powder manicure. We decided to. Mine came out beautiful. My daughter’s are way to thick. The man doing hers was too busy answering the phone and making appointments to give her the proper attention.
