im looking for a nail spa to start going to biweekly. I went here for a full set and gel pedicure on yesterday. Sarah charged me for a full set but she didn’t remove all of the original acrylic on my nails before she applied the lcn gel. They did a really nice job but they rushed me through everything. I book spa days for myself to relax especially with my pedicures. My nails looked nice but Candy rushed through my spa pedicure as if they didn’t have the time for me. I’ll probably visit again but it won’t be my regular biweekly place . I wouldn’t mind the pricing if they hadn’t zoomed through my pedicure. But too much money to spend to have to constantly correct the shape of my nails and be rushed at the same time. Let’s of potential here though.

This is my current favorite nail salon. Bring the hubby for couples mani pedis now and then. Fellas are here often, and made to feel comfortable. Love that they use individually wrapped or boxed EVERYTHING, foot bath liners, clearly sterilized tools, and the shop is clean. Then there’s the warmed towels and foot massage… soooo relaxing.

This nail salon is magnificent! Everything was very organized and extremely clean. Every employee was welcoming, kind, and very helpful. I received the green tea pedicure (which I HIGHLY recommend), a gel manicure, and a lip and brow wax. Each employee who personally worked on me made sure I was comfortable at all times. They all went above and beyond to make me feel pampered.

I am blown away at how clean and organized the salon is. There is seating outside while you wait for your appointment, when you go in you were greeted by a friendly greeter who takes your temperature, provides hand sanitizer for your hands, and helps you to pick out your favorite color. You are escorted to your seat, which is socially distant from other seats. They have a tub liner that keeps your feet free from germs, and the brush they used to scrub your feet is 100% cleaned and the pumice sheets are brand new for you! (They peel your off and toss it after they do your pedicure. There is no lingering in the salon at all. You are in and out, nothing is lacking in the experience. My poly gel was filed down, if it came off great if not it’s still on my nails. The worst gel manicure I’ve ever had – I asked to soak off my poly gel nails and have a gel manicure done. My poly gel was filed down, if it came off great if not it’s still on my nails. My nails are all different lengths and shapes, and he also cut me and never said sorry or anything. $50 for this disaster. Save the time and money and avoid!

Critical: Professionalism, ValueAfter years of coming to this nail salon my experiences went from amazing to no good. I just left the salon. Sarah did my nails. I had a new set done May 28 when I went to Vegas, I believe the guys name is Jason. My nails were literally popping off, it was so embarrassing after spending $70 was also sad. When I got back I went back to have the 4 nails fixed. I just came today to get a filling. Mind you the last guy did a bad job which showed because my nails were popping off. My thumb nail chipped. Sarah had the nerve to tell me it would cost $10 on top of the $40 for the filling. I declined to pay that because the nails should have not chipped. My nails are done and I have all 9 nails except for 1. This will be my last time ever stepping foot in this salon.
