Elite Nail Spa is the third salon I’ve tried since moving to Acworth in August. It’s turned out to be the best nail salons I’ve found here. Prices are fair, staff was fast and friendly. Gotten many compliments on my nails. If you’re a tipper (and I hope you are!) bring cash! You have to pay your technician in cash or thru cashapp!

I wish I could leave a good review because both technicians that did my nails were so nice but after only a week of getting them done one started breaking in half. A couple days later basically all the nails on my left hand started braking in half. I’m not leaving this review only because my nails looked bad but because it HURTS, it’s hard for me to get stuff done (like washing my hair, doing dishes, work) and most of them were bleeding. I don’t know what product you guys have been using for gel but you need to invest in your business and get better quality gel. This is very frustrating and painful.

I love my nails! Everytime I go there I feel so welcomed and i knew and felt that they put much time into my nails. Sometimes when i go into salons i feel very discriminated, but going to elite nails i dont feel this way at all. The staff are very sweet and seem to really take pride in their work. I said I would give them one more try bc they do so good on the design but nearly every set I get they break in half. It’s so painful and my nails are bleeding. The gel was way too thin this time. I broke this one scratching my leg. I won’t be returning to this salon. The tech also applied the gel to my cuticles and it looks awful. They were very rushed.

I went in with my friends to get their nails done. Terrible customer service!! My friend wanted long nails and the owner didn’t give her the long nails asking her “why so long”? She was going to pay for long nails I don’t understand what the issue was. My other friend asked for a simple french nail design and the guy doing her nails did such a horrible job she wanted to cry. So we asked him to fix the nails because the shape was lumpy and the design looked terrible. He proceeded to laugh at her and said he didn’t see what was wrong. She asked if he could just give her a simple nail color instead since her nails looked terrible. He made it seem like it was the hardest task he had to do all day even though he barely tried the first time. His poor customer service really upset my friend and I told her we should just leave. That’s when another lady butted in and said we were wasting his time. We weren’t wasting his time he wasted ours if he couldn’t do the design he should’ve said so. I understand that in some situations the customer is not always right but when a customer is upset over such poorly done nails the least you can do is not yell at them. I ended up sending my friend to my regular nail lady, luckily she was able to squeeze her in.

My daughter and I had our feet done with a gel manicure and one week later her French manicure on her big toes were faded. This was supposed to last two months and I paid 60 bucks a piece. We went back told the guy at reception the problem and asked how much for repair and he informed me that it will be free if same guy that did her feet was there. I pointed him out and RYAN the technician was called over. Let me add that I gave a 20 dollar tip each technician for our service that day. My daughter, whom speaks many languages heard them talking rudely about her while he was repairing. She got up when done we proceeded to leave and was immediately called before exiting door. The front desk guy said it’s going to be 10 dollars. I said but I asked you BEFORE anything you as done and you said free. He said “well it’s been two weeks. “ I said no not two only one and he replied it has to be less than a week. This was not right and made up on the fly. Hold your tips guys they don’t appreciate you and we will NEVER go back here.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI came in and got a full set of sns on my natural nail. 12 hours later it chipped and I went back to have it fixed only to be told they are too busy and to come back the next day. I sat there for 30 minutes then someone else walked in and said they needed a full sns set and she was seated right away. I have never hopped up from my seat so fast. I guess you saw the look on my face and told me to sit down where I waited another 10 minutes before she started working on my nail, my one nail. From start to finish it took her 10 minutes. Apparently, if you and are not spending a bunch of money then you don’t matter. I will not be coming back ever again. Edited to add that one day later a different nail cracked. I have had this set for a total of 4 days.
