Painful, lumpy, unsanitary… Arden & I dropped by for a mani/pedi after work Friday. Unfortunately, Arden was paired with a girl who admitted it was her first manicure. Arden was bleeding. Nails are so thick & lumpy. She has put ointment for healing on her cuticles after they stopped bleeding. The cuticle oil applied had Arden’s blood all over the brush and dipped back into the bottle and was left out on table – I trashed when no-one was looking. We tried, definitely not going back… We decided Tyler was a better choice for our mani/pedis.

She hardly scrubbed by feet at all, she did not trim my cuticles, she did not file them at all so I left with the same crooked nails I walked in with, it’s less than a week later they are chipped and it looks like I slipped the polish on in a hurry. She didn’t even polish the free edge of the nail which is the reason they are chipping. I was disappointed there and tried to communicate this several times. I never complain because it makes me uncomfortable but I tried twice to voice my concerns while there. I’m not sure if it was a communication problem or not. I always tip and it was hard for me to pay and not but you cannot tell at all a week later that I had a pedicure. With the inflation rate if you want to keep repeat business the quality needs to be 90% better than this. Sad I wasted hard on money.
