Had another wonderful experience at elite nail and spa. Pedicures manicures and gel polish they did an absolutely amazing job! I have been here multiple times to get my nails done and I am even more impressed every time! The staff are kind, helpful, and accommodating and make the experience even better

I went in today against my better judgement, because I didn’t have time to go to my normal place in St.Cloud, I will NEVER make this mistake again! The woman rushed to the point she was rough on my nails! I have had the dip polish on my nails for over a year and she clearly is not trained well on how to do the dip! Not to mention I asked the woman not to change the shape at all just file them a little shorter, big mistake! She took length off and changed the shape to more pointy so now I get to grow them out so they will look nice again!

Got manicures done for a wedding. VERY disappointed as my moms gel manicure PEELED RIGHT OFF two days later and she had to redo them herself before the wedding. When we asked they REFUSED to refund us. Very disappointed and we will not be going back again. We have had better service at other places in town and will be going there instead. I also asked for a matte finish on my nails and got glossy instead. It was too late to fix it.

This is the first time I’ve been to a nail salon since 2020, and was again reminded why I don’t go. My mom and I went together and the girl who did my pedicure made it very clear that she was disgusted by my feet. Her and the other tech were talking to each other constantly, my tech was showing the other tech the dirty tools while making fun of them, made a point to make a joke about having to wear gloves, etc. I told her not to worry about my toes as I could do those areas on my own and that is the only area she focused on and I got home and they were bleeding. Overall, extremely unprofessional experience and it left me feeling absolutely awful about myself. I don’t shave my legs, and had a man gone in there they would have praised him. She complained about it not being busy and I see why. Treat your paying customers with respect. I didn’t make a scene because you guys did a service and you deserve to be paid for that but in the future be more mindful and respectful of the people who are supporting your business.

I have used this nail salon 3 or 4 times for a lack of a better choice. It is the worst. They couldn’t care leas about the satisfaction of the client. The techs are argumentative! It’s unbelievable but the owner could care less. The language barrier is beyond. Some of the worst, unprofessional, rushed pedicures out there. I hate being relegated to spend money here because of a lack of anything better in Willmar. Please give recommendations and I will happily go elsewhere.

In less than a week, my white tipped gel pedicure has cracked. I came in for a fix, waited 2 hours, then the owner loudly accused me twice of kicking walls and said he was “just kidding.” So much for trying to be nice—I will not recommend this place to anyone in or near Willmar MN!
