They were unable to provide a service. The hours posted are incorrect, I believe. Arrived there around 10am Saturday, and employees arrived around 10:40, and didn’t open until 11am. When they opened, I went up there to tell them what I needed done. Just gel removal and regular polish. Was turned away. No one was working on anyone. Very unapologetic about it, too. The worst part is that I called the day prior to confirm the location and pricing, and they told me they accept walk-ins. I would say, if you’re planning to come here, it’s best to have an appointment, however, with the employees’ attitudes, I highly advise against it.

Came for a pedicure when they wasn’t busy, I was sat in the seat to soak my feet and then was left there for 45 minutes, the water became cold and when I asked if I was gonna be started soon, I was told that someone else would be doing it and…. nothing ..finally I just gave up and put my shoes back on. They shrugged their shoulders like who cares…. I usually don’t have a bad experience here but their was plenty of nail techs available for me to be treated the way I was.
