Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI have 1 star because I couldn’t give 1/3 of a star!This lady was rude, unprofessional and didn’t do a decent job on my nails. They are high as hell for the service they provide. I paid $35 and she didn’t even scrub my feet. She massaged each foot for 1 second! She filed my nail into a point! I’m not playing. Then the equipment wasn’t clean. I had to ask her to get another set. I wanted to leave I really did. But time wasn’t in my side. I was on the phone she kept responding to my conversation I was having on the phone. She had the worst attitude. On everything that I love I will NEVER come back to this place. Please don’t come here. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityDo not come here if you expect good customer servicer or if you’re a minority. They are VERY prejudiced in this establishment. They will readily help women that look a certain way and will treat minorities with much disdain. I made an appointment TWO WEEKS prior and on the day of my appointment I was told they tried to contact me the day before but I didn’t answer. She read back my phone number that SHE took down and said “oh it’s the wrong number”. She said that she tried to call me the day before and the nail tech was double booked with a standing appointment that isn’t in the book. So I’m like cool, how are y’all rectifying the situation. The nail tech asked could I come in tomorrow, and my answer was no. I can not. I scheduled for today so what can be done today. The very rude receptionist then says “we can get you in with the first available person” and I’m like no? I scheduled with a specific person because everyone doesn’t do good nails here. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager and the receptionist begin to loudly discuss the issue over the salon without even trying to talk to me. They both act like I’m not there the rest of the time. The manager never comes to speak to me. I leave the salon because I’m not giving anyone that doesn’t know basic customer service my money.
