Sub par nail salon with 3 employees that speak in a language other than the one they use to speak to their clients. Polite enough until disagreement.Then plain, flat out nasty. You’re better off avoiding this seemingly moderate priced salon.

Im truly disappointed with my experience today and while I don’t think they care about this review, I am sharing my experience so that others don’t have to experience the same issue. First, they told me that I was getting Nexgen powder and paid premium price for this service but later found out that it wasn’t nexgen, which is supposed to last up to 4 week. Second, they tried to charge me an additional fee to cut my cuticles for the bootleg nexgen service. They didn’t even tell me about the fee until after they did the service which makes no sense at all. Upon mentioning this to the owner, she refused to do the right thing by not charging me for it so I ended up just walking out without finishing the service. They are rude, unfriendly and don’t care about customers.

I have been a client at Elite Nail Spa for the last 13+ years. All employees are professional, courteous, and timely. I’ve worked with Lyly directly for approximately 9 years; she does my manicures, pedicures, and waxing. My daughter had her first manicure for her First Holy Communion with Lyly too. In fact, I love the salon so much, I still plan to travel back for my nail and waxing services after my move to Naples. This place is the worst place ive ever had my nails done at two nails came off in the shower that night i got them done i adked for a design on my nails the guy with the tattoo sleves had no idea what he was doin and i had to walk him thrugh the steps on how to do my nails ill never recommend this place to anyone its a waste of your money and theres many many many oyjer salons that will do muvh better. A three year old could do better than that place fyi!
