All the acrylic came off my nails like a press on 2 days after my full set. I actually bought nail glue and tried to glue them back on. They also over file your nails so that they will break easy and they can charge more for repairs when you come back. Went to a different salon and final my nails are back strong long and unbroken.

I was immediately serviced, which was good. But the nail tech was rushy. She did an okay job, but I had to tell her to fix little things that she should’ve paid better attention to. ( like uneven polish on the sides and drilling the nail underneath to look neat.) The gel polish had small bubbles in it on my nails, and wasn’t evenly polished. The tech seemed like she just wanted to get it done, didn’t pay attention to detail. Being precise with the small details is what the customer will remember and come back for. I still gave her a $10 tip because that’s just what I do. I tip my servers. But I’m not too sure if I will return.

I use to go to Emily to get my brows done. It was good at first then she suddenly became very nasty. One day I called to see if she was there and she told me “She’s not stopping what she’s doing for her customer to work on me First of all im a customer too! She got to comfortable! So now I go somewhere else where they appreciate EVERY CUSTOMER and the business we all give them! Not to mention they are very clean and sanitized and make you feel welcome.EMILY YOU LOST A VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER! I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN YOUR NAIL SALON AGAIN! The nail salon is very clean. When you walk in they welcome you and the atmosphere is amazing. The costumer service on the other hand was not good at all. I asked the lady for oval nails but instead she gave me thick boxes. When I asked her to change it she became very hostile and rude. The women’s name that did my nails was Kathy.

I used to love this place. I stopped going after the renovation due to price and lack of customer service. I went today to try again. Noooooo! I PROMISE I WILL NOT RETURN. I walked in. No one spoke. That unhappy female in the front literally just looked and looked back to her client. I waited. I decided to keep trying. I said, yes hello, I’d like a pedi. Hmm… No one said anything, not even in their tongue. Then the woman in the back threw her hand up and exclaimed ‘sit sit’. That’s ok. I will never spend my money where I’m not welcome. I really don’t want to go there- but WHY WORK IF YOU’RE NOT PROFESSIONAL, and if it’s the clientele (colored people), move to another area.

The techs are nice but the place is not comfortable. The two pedicure chairs that they sent me to were broken. All of the chairs have large worn out spots on the pleather. I had to return 2x within 24 hours to correct toe nails though in reality they all needed to be redone. Glitter on my skin from the polish and very chunky polish on my big toes. They don’t even have the spray for a quick dry which was needed after the toe nail corrections. I’m sure it’ll be messed up within the hour. I won’t return.

I was a faithful customer when the men were there(Johnnies). Since they left, I have been there 3 other times and the quality of work has dropped greatly. I got my nails done on a Thursday, full set gel nail. Well Saturday ONE NAIL JUST FELL OFF. I went back that MONDAY to get the ONE NAIL FIXED and was turned away because they close in 2 hours and there was 2 people ahead of me. She was rude and very nasty. I will keep my $$ and find a place that value their customers. I have made sure to tell everyone about their customer service. Took my money gladly but couldn’t find the time to talk to me and FIX ONE NAIL?? #DON’T GO TO ELITE NAILS
