Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueI tried 4 different salons before coming to this one. FOUR. I explained to the owner my experiences with Salons briefly and how I just wasn’t impressed. He really went above and beyond to make sure my acrylic nails were the perfect results. Of course they’re very clean and use the plastic bags in the pedicure bowls and sanitize everything. I tried 4 different salons before coming to this one. FOUR. I explained to the owner my experiences with Salons briefly and how I just wasn’t impressed. He really went above and beyond to make sure my acrylic nails were the perfect results. Of course they’re very clean and use the plastic bags in the pedicure bowls and sanitize everything. I am happy to say that I have finally found my regular spot after many tries at many other places.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityWhere does the beauty professional go to get their services done?To Elite Nail & Spa.I am a new business owner in town who is incredibly busy.Even though I am in the beauty industry, I have very little time to treat myself.I mentioned this and the owner made sure to have my boyfriend and I done in under two hours for two manicures (one with a full set & gel) and two pedicures.The couple that own this salon are amazing.I came into this business to try them out after going to a few different places in town.All of the others were fine, I guess.But this spot is my favorite.I like my acrylic nails on the thinner and the husband does a very good job with them.My boyfriend comes with me and the woman that owns this location with her husband always gives him a really nice pedicure and manicure.My boyfriend is always excited whenever I take him with me to get a mani-pedi.Even though he doesn’t get polish or anything, she always takes the time to actually massage his feet which I really appreciate.The owner went as far as to help me find leasing space in the area.This level of customer service is way beyond what I’ve experienced at any nail salon in Georgia thus far.I cannot recommend any other nail salon other than Elite Nail & Spa.The professionalism, the personable energy, the work, the timeliness is absolutely priceless.Services: Acrylic nails, Manicure, Pedicure, Gel manicuresWhere does the beauty professional go to get their services done?To Elite Nail & Spa. …More

Where does the beauty professional go to get their services done?

Critical: QualityI’m a mother of 3 and new to the area. I don’t do much for myself but my 36 birthday is coming up so I splurged a little on myself and got my nails done. Well I’m not happy with my nails at all.. they’re uneven and the paint job I could of done better myself.. I came in around 6ish. Called ahead of time to make sure they didn’t have any issues with the time. They said come on. I’m a mother of 3 and new to the area. I don’t do much for myself but my 36 birthday is coming up so I splurged a little on myself and got my nails done. I’ve gotten my nails done maybe 2 or 3 times in my entire life, and this was my first time getting a pedicure as well. They were very patient, understanding, and helpful with the fact that i knew what i wanted but didn’t know what to ask for due to not getting my nails done often. They didn’t make fun of me for not knowing either. They’re very clean, professional, and polite. My nails and feet look absolutely amazing!!!! Im so happy. I LOVE this salon!!! I’ve gotten my nails done maybe 2 or 3 times in my entire life, and this was my first time getting a pedicure as well. They were very patient, understanding, and helpful with the fact that i knew what i wanted but didn’t know what to ask for due to not getting my nails done often. They didn’t make fun of me for not knowing either. They’re very clean, professional, and polite. My nails and feet look absolutely amazing!!!! Im so happy.
