I made an appointment. Sat there for over 45 mins while people who walked in were seen before me. Didn’t have the courtesy to tell me there was a wait- I would have rescheduled! Not coming back. That was ridiculous.

Critical: QualityI am not one to complain, but I am really unhappy. I spent $30 on a gel manicure and was given someone who was obviously training. The shape of my nails looked terrible, the boss was staring over her the whole time knowing she was doing them wrong. Three of my nails chipped within the first 24 hours. I went back and they fixed them for them to chip not even an hour later. I will not be going back.I am not one to complain, but I am really unhappy. I am not one to complain, but I am really unhappy. I spent $30 on a gel manicure and was given someone who was obviously training. The shape of my nails looked terrible, the boss was staring over her the whole time knowing she was doing them wrong. Three of my nails chipped within the first 24 hours. Critical: ProfessionalismI came in today to have a relaxing pedicure with my cousin they had just opened we were the first customers , my cousin was offered different pedicures packages , I was offered nothing I was told to sit in the chair. She never even turned the bubbles on , the water was cold, she was rough with my nails digging in them , what little massage I did get was painful. Nothing was relaxing, she basically removed the old polish , clipped and filed my nails then scrubbed for a few minutes did a little massage and went straight to putting on the new polish. You can clearly see I needed a little file on my heels but she made no effort she was quick , rushed and never spoke a word to me just to ask what color. I will not be returning here if I have to use her again And I don’t even know her name I had a very important event today and now I have to go home and fix them myself or pay to have them done elsewhere . Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueSharon is amazing! She is so detail oriented and spent literally an hour doing my nails making sure they were perfect! And Jean does amazing pedicures definitely worth the extra money to get the longer massage. I live in Warwick and I’d rather go here then the 4 local salons near me

I am reviewing 2 stars because my pedicure came out okay (was rushed but still ok) but I had a bigger problem with my manicure. Even though the salon was empty, my technician completely rushed my mani and cut too deep into 3 of my cuticles (one of my cuticles actually bled and is still healing). On top of this, my nail color didn’t last because she failed to thoroughly apply the topcoat. Overall, I felt the service was not worth it, especially because it did not match the high prices.

My first experience was a while ago for a pedicure. The woman poked at my foot, asked if it hurt and then laughed. I had just had a baby and my feet were still slightly swollen. I thought it was rude and odd. I decided I was never going to go back. But then my husband surprised me and took me there a few months ago for a pedicure and it wasn’t as bad… So, I started going recently for regular gel manicures. I felt very rushed and the manicures didn’t seem to last. I noticed other customers seemed to get shoulder massages, while I didn’t. I felt like I was getting “the bums rush” type of service. So, I think I’m going to be looking for someplace else, unfortunately. Which stinks since I live so close by.
