I’ve gone to Paul for years and for reasons unmentioned I had to leave for a period of time. Well I’ve returned and I couldn’t be happier!! The new salon is absolutely beautiful!! Very elegant! Female tech was doing a rush job. The acrylic applied was crooked. I asked for a particular shape and got something totally different. The gel polish started peeling the next day. I also asked them to clean my nail bed she ignored me. At the end of the service she started cleaning my nail bed PUSHING IT BACK. Never had them do that after completion of service. I told her to stop because it will look like I need a fill in within a week. Really disgusted by the service

I’ve never had such a horrible nail experience until today. My nails were cut so short they were bleeding! My nails look awful. They are uneven and all different shapes. I will never come back here. I would’ve complained there but the guy who did my nails seemed aggravated with me!! So now I have to spend more money to get them fixed somewhere else!!
