I do not recommend this place! I’ve gone here quite a few times. Last time they made my eyebrows uneven and two plucked. The time before that they made my gel nails cartoonishly thick. It was embarrassing. I think they were busy because they asked the guy with all the keys to do them. I don’t know if he was a janitor or not. But I paid like $60 and had to get them redone. So it actually cost me $110 to get my nails done.

This place over charges you for their services. Plus if you pay with a card, and you add a tip make sure you check your credit card statement. I got my nails done, and a few days later i was going over my statements looking for something else, i noticed that they charged me way more than what i actually put as the tip. I went up there the next day after discovering this, and the lady told me to write my name/# down and they will see if it actually happened. I felt like she was insinuating i was lying about being over charged. I showed her my card statement (showing what they took off my card) and my receipt. My receipt only showed what i paid tip but since i was just there the day before I’m sure they had the other copy that did show the tip. I feel like they do this a lot, in hopes that people wont actually check their CC statements. This shop is super close to my house but I’ve been going to Snappy Nails in GVR. Much better service and they do not overcharge you. Much relaxing atmosphere and cleaner. I will NEVER return here. Plus, i never did get my money back. The lady told me it would take 48 hours to return back to my card if the money was indeed taken out (which it was) and i never got refunded. I never even got a phone call so why they needed my name/# was a waste because they never made it right. Go somehwhere else.

I must have come in during the sanitation process of the chairs where you get pedicures so that I had to wait for a while. I only got a pedicure. The lady that did it was great. I didn’t have a lot of time so her attention to details was appreciated.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been a customer of this salon for years until now. I was looking to get rebase done since I just got a full set done 3 weeks ago. I still had all my nails on. All I wanted was rebase and a different color. I still got charged 50 bucks. Also, my niece got her nails done and the lady that did them did a poor job. When she was asked to redo one of her nails, the lady had a very bad attitude. I did not bother to tip her. When I paid for both my niece and I, the nail tech had the nerve to ask me why I wasn’t given them a bigger tip. Poor service today. Usually come here cause it’s close to home but never again. My nails are uneven, lumpy, and way too thick. I could’ve done a better job myself honestly. Don’t let the older lady do your nails. She took forever so I ended up paying extra for shellac because I didn’t have time to wait for my nails to dry. Prices also went up recently. Terrible.
