Linda was amazing, she filled my acrylic and changed color. She spreads the acrylic very even and thin, my nails dont even look like acrylic unless you turn them over, they look so natural and shaped so well, and she was so gentle. She is the sweetest and my nails are exactly how I wanted them. Next time I go for Halloween, she said she will do art of some horror movies and I am so excited.

I am beyond upset about my experience here. First, when I came in there was no greeting and the entire time I was getting my nails done, the nail techs were talking to each other to where I couldn’t even tell her how I wanted my nails done. Horrible customer service. The salon is a mess with things everywhere and insanely dirty. Thick layers of dust everywhere, junk piled high, I felt gross just being in there. While Michelle was doing my nails, I noticed none of the tools being used had been cleaned in a long time. I included a picture of the unsanitized drill bits she was using on me. Every tool had other people’s nail residue and paint all over it. After less than a week of having my nails done, I have nail fungus and my real nails are separating from my skin. It’s incredibly painful and disgusting. Can’t believe I paid over $60 and gave a generous tip just to have to go to the doctor and pay for medications for this to get better. Disgusting.

This was an awful experience for me. I went to Hellen specifically because she had good online reviews and I am disappointed to say that was not my experience. She was rough and cut me in several spots on my fingers, she didn’t trim my nails down at all and then charged extra for a reshape, and hardly paid any attention to me whatsoever ever. This will be my first and last time at this place.

I was exited to get my nails done and was very unhappy with the results. When I sat down I showed a picture of the nails I was wanting and did NOT get what I was asking for. Also it was very unpleasant because the tech cut my cuticle with there buffer tool and when i pulled away the tech was just like sorry and thats it. My nails look very uneven and don’t look perfessional at all. The tech also kept telling me to move in the direction he was comfortable with and not what made me comfortable. Needless to say I would not go here again, and I would suggest anyone who is coming here to think twice unless you like getting your cuticles cut and not getting what you asked for.

Been here twice now for a mani/pedi combo…I really love this place. I can’t believe how they can always get you in even without an appointment! So incredibly friendly and very professional. The salon seems small but it’s such a great layout out feels cozy and private. The music is vibe/chill, the whole staff is just amazing!! I would recommend this place above all others. Very happy.
