Worst experience with a nail place ever ! I am usually not the type to complain but this was just something else. The lady I’m pretty sure which is the owner took hours on my nails to begin with. I walked in around 11:30 and didn’t leave until 1:45. My nail designs were smeared and she fixed them however it was still done carelessly and ugly ! What I asked for vs what i received. Never again. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED!

Very disappointing experience. Scheduled appointment for 7 manicures, one nail repair, and one pedicure for my bridal party.. My pedicure felt rushed and the massage was not good. My niece was supposed to get two nails repaired, we turned out heads and he had taken all of her nails off so we had to pay for a full set to be redone. I asked for my pedicure for the big toe to match the way I was getting my nails done. She did a standard French pedicure with no rhinestones or glitter. The lady doing my nails was so distracted answering the phone and greeting people, she paid no attention to what she was doing with my nails. She got fake nails out and started to put them on me, when I asked for a gel manicure. She painted my nails with gel polish but didn’t clean up the cuticles or do any massage. 4 of the 6 rhinestones fell off my nails before my wedding(less than 24 hrs. later), though this was the first time I’ve had rhinestones on so I’m not sure how long they’re supposed to last. On top of that 3 fingers were completely uneven when she was done.. Do not recommend for any special occasion.

Extremely disappointed…. Was raving how wonderful this place was to my mom when I we went…. Little did I know it would be the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. – the lady overcharged my mom and acted like she didn’t understand her. We always leave well over 20% and instead of charging 12 dollars for $40 worth of service she charged my mom a 20 dollar tip! Ridiculous. To make matters worse – the girl who did my pedicure only did a clear top coat on ONE FOOT! I cannot make this up! Won’t be going again –

Hands down the best nail salon in town. I’ve had my nails done now 4 weeks. None have came off at all !!!! I’ve NEVER repeat NEVER have had nails on this long & none of them came off. Such a wonderful atmosphere. The wait wasn’t long preferable 10 minutes & I was in the chair. Everyone is soooo nice I would recommend anyone to go here.. Thank you Elite Nail & Spa 2 !!!

My husband and I came in to get pedicures. We asked for basic pedicures and I wanted gel polish. I was told gel polish was $20 which is crazy so I left without polish. They still charged us $85. Will never return and wouldn’t recommend

If I could I would rate them a zero. I’ve tried them twice the technicians that worked on me were awful, I’ve been getting nails and pedicures for a long time and I know the procedure they skipped a lot of steps on my nails, had lumps underneath them, my toenails were clipped uneven she skipped soaking my feet and started working on them it was terrible and then charged $90 for what? The two techs I had didn’t know what they were doing

I use Jenny at the new elite spa 2. I love the new salon, it’s beautifully decorated and well designed. I’ve been using Jenny for a couple of years now and also take my grand daughters there. The staff is always so nice and helpful. I always make an appointment so I don’t have to wait very long and I also like the way they keep things so clean . Highly recommend !!

Waited an hour for my boyfriend & i to get a pedicure & the woman who did my boyfriends toes did great but the skinnier older woman did not do a good job at all on my toes. I LOVE THE COLOR. i showed a picture of what i wanted & the lady did a very sloppy & uneven job. when i asked her to correct it she said it was fine so another woman kindly came over to help but let the same lady finish my toes she didn’t even clean up the french tip at the end. i would not recommend a pedicure here. both ELITE nail spas in lagrange seem to be a bust.
