LOVE this salon! They are always so kind, pay attention to the little details that make the whole thing look great! I honestly love that they don’t push small talk. It’s my 1 hour away from my kids so having some quiet time is awesome! Kelly did my nails today and did such an incredible job. The shape is perfect! I’ve seen someone else before who also did a great job! Prices are definitely reasonable. I’ve paid twice the amount in KC for nails that didn’t look this good! I also love that they do walk ins! I’ve personally never had to wait!

My pointer finger is longer than the others. They did a sloppy job painting them, and I could do better myself. They were extremely rough while filing my nails, and I was uncomfortable. My mother paid for a design before hand. I even clarified this with the staff, and they made me pay five more dollars for three lines on my nail. I paid for something I already paid for. Kim and Randy did great job. Only disappointment was the things I was charged for. Paid five dollars for the tips added to nails then another five for longer length. Seems like a double charge. I also was sent a text message for 15% off for my birthday last week and couldn’t use cause I deleted it. It should be in their system that generated the text. Otherwise pretty toes and nails.

My husband and I have been going to Elite Nails since they opened. About once a month! So that tells you we are frequent customers. Unfortunately the service has been steadily getting worse, but Saturday 8-20-2022 was the last time we will be going. Checked in was told 15 minutes, no problem. Twenty minutes later they seated 4 young girls, one walk in and was trying to find room for party of 5 that had an appointment 30 minutes after we had arrived. Needless to say not only did we walk out so did 2 other customers that had checked in after us! We called Joe & Kim at Washington Nails “yes Carmen we can get you in”. Amazing job plus they remembered us and ask about our children. Great prices & they have them in the wall for you to know what you are paying for. Beautiful & big new space, thank you Washington Nails for reminding us what great customer service is. #EliteNails #WashingtonNails
