I have gone to this place a couple times just fast quick walk in nails. Never awesome customer service but good enough to come back. Today though went in with my mom. The two ladies were really rude. Kept twisting my moms hand to the point it hurt because she has arthritis so it hurt a lot. Also the lady watched a movie the entire time not paying attention to mom just pulling hard. I tried to talk with my person for her to not really respond which is fine. She also busy talking to the other person there instead. I even tried to talk to my mom instead and she would talk over me to the other person working. Also I understand upselling waxes but after I said no to say I have too much hair on the face…. Not coming back going to just have to plan more time to go somewhere else before going to movies. I always came because decent and cheap but I guess I should have read reviews then I wouldn’t have been so surprised.

Got my nails done here and it was awful. As I was getting my nails done the nail tech was yelling and arguing with a customer who asked for clean pedicure water.. and they refused. Nails came out awful but that’s not even the problem. I just went to remove my nails and one of my them is literally split in half due to how hard she was using the tool. Save your nails and your money!!! DO NOT come here, I know it’s cheap but it is not worth the damage they do to your nails! Will never be coming back

Shop did not open at 10:00 like it is posted on the web site. It opened at 10:15 with only one staff person. And this was Saturday morning. Many customers left. My pedicure was very quick. Pedicure

Horrible experience…..very rude and did not even have me wash my hands!! AND charged me $50! The advertised charge for gel polish and manicure is $35 and I only had a polish change not even a manicure too!!My nails look terrible there is gel polish all over them. Will definitely never be back and warn others to stay away as well.

I used to go here regularly and it was fine. Not fancy, but decent pedicures. Went today because I needed somewhere quick and cheap. But had an experience so bad it was comical. The man doing my daughter’s pedicure had clearly never done one before…it seemed like he had never even seen someone do it. Truly no idea what he was doing. The lady doing mine was yelling at him the entire time. His paint job looked like a 1st grader did it and she took over but instead of removing it and starting over she just slopped more polish on so it looked atrocious. I asked for a discount and all they gave me was $5 off. We had to come home and completely redo her nails. It’s dirty and unappealing and I just couldn’t wait to get out of there. I hate to see a business fail but they really need to close this down and renovate/retrain everyone.

They upcharge way more than any other nail salon and are very unprofessional. I had to repeat what i wanted 3+, and the person doing my nails still did not listen. Without completing the job, it was obvious my nails were going to be crooked. The person doing my nails also tried to go back and forth with me over the length after I told her what I wanted.

I will never go back to this shop again.!!So upset I spent $100 with them and I got treated rudely, mine and my daughter toes look horrible.. I could not tell that the tech clean my nail bed so I just asked a question. I was told to sit and be quiet, questioning gave my tech a headache. My polish messed up on 1 toe , so I asked if she could fix it and she had the nastiest attitude.. She refused to do my hands and brows so I had to wait on another tech to get done. Once I was in that techs chair she kept saying she didnt understand why the other lady did not complete all my service.

This nail business is so funny, it’s really funny and not in a good way. I wouldn’t go here if it was the last nail place on earth. My last time going here was last year. Me and my boyfriend went here last year around summer to get our nails done together, i got gel nails with pretty poka dot flowers. thing is, i wanted the flowers to be different colors other than plain white and black. i told her that and you know what she said? she said “can’t do it, other ppl need service.” i stared at my boyfriend like what??! She was the only worker working on hands and she had her daughter walking around taking appointments. We came there FIRST and i expected great service. because first come first serve. best believe i’ve never took my behind back there again! i do my own nails and sometimes i go to Plaza Nails because they always slay my nails.
