Been coming here for a good minute. When toe nails started looking chalky. I inquired. Long story short, the man got rude and short with me when I challenged his answer. Sadly, after a few years, I will have to find a new salon. Speaking in a different language to your coworkers in front of customers should NOT be a thing. And ushering clients to the drying booth abruptly speaks VOLUMES of your customer service.

First experience went well I had Leo, Leo charged me 30$ for just a Fill an shape, fast forward 2 weeks i came in for the same exact service I had vincent today.. Vincent thinned out my nails after asking for thick nails to the put he had to fix one.. i go to pay and its 43$ dollars today when Leo did more 2 weeks ago. first lady told me leo just came back from vacation, then the second lady said he charged me wrong.

The man who attended me was rude…just because he was seeing that my feet and the service he was paying for was well done…all in a hurry I got the shortest and most expensive pedicure of my life, when I asked to be fixed a nail that left me badly painted happened to another person… I am a nail technician and I know when they are providing a good or bad service
