A+++ for professional, cleanliness, and expertise. Beautiful atmosphere,environment, and best of all knowledgeable and professional staff. I came here two days before my wedding for a relaxation massage. And achieved what it was supposed to do as I left very calm . Tia and Alfonso were very knowledgeable and very friendly and I definitely look forward to coming back. The place from outside doesn’t look very appealing so I was a bit hesitant at first, but as soon as I walk in their suite I noticed how calm, clean, and beautiful it looked. Definitely recommend

I booked a couples massage for my partner and my 3 year anniversary, and LET ME TELL YOU!! Not only were the masseuses incredibly kind, talented, and welcoming, but when my partner and I were going to be late they were super understanding and moved our session for a later time that day. We drove up and thought hmm… is this it? You may have had or will have a similar experience, but once you get inside not only is it well-decorated with a soothing atmosphere, but you are greeted by wonderful people. Would recommend to ANYONE wanting any type of massage 🙂

My boyfriend surprised me with massages for our 3+ anniversary and we were here for a couples massage at the Bloomfield location. I had Carl and my partner had the woman, I believe her name was Tia. Oh my god, we were absolutely shell-shocked. Beautiful atmosphere. Amazing customer service. Perfection in their craft. The two were so friendly and accommodating; I’m a Type 1 Diabetic and Carl went around my CGM and other medical attachments without being briefed or asked. I am so thankful.

When I arrived to the building I couldn’t find where to enter since the only door is labeled office. I had to call the number listed on their website to figure out where to go. The door to the studio is at the top of a set of stairs that did not have any lights (I tried to switch and it didn’t work) so I had to use my flashlight to get upstairs. The door was locked and I knocked multiple times. I waited until 5 minutes after my appointment should’ve started to call again, thinking the previous appointment just ran late. At that point I was told the masseuse was on his way and might be about 7 more minutes. I ended up asking for a refund and the receptionist was very kind and refunded me no questions asked but that whole situation seemed so unprofessional, and I had to pay for parking which is money I won’t get back. I would not undress in an establishment like that let alone the fact that the masseuse was late and I wasn’t notified until AFTER my appointment was suppose to start.

Elite Massage worked with me to get me in for a massage on the same day I called. I went to the Bloomfield location and it was very clean and peaceful. Tia did a great job addressing the muscle knot in my back and still managed the time to give me a full body massage. I really appreciated how she worked with my injury while checking to ensure I wasn’t uncomfortable. Feeling a lot better today and will definitely be back.
