Unbelievable. I use to get once a month massage I’m on my feet 10 to 14 hour days. Then I found out what MLD are. I retain water. So I started doing MLDs. Miracle technic. It’s not like a regular massage where you walk out and go awww. It’s for circulation, to get rid of water retention. You walk out and go ok then a couple days later( at least for me) flood gates open. I saved up to do 4 in one week and lost 18 lbs of toxic mucus, water etc. It does show on the outside right away but you feel like your body is breathing again, lighter, not as stiff. Remember the foods we eat can make us retain fluids. Call Carrie she will explain. .I don’t know why Drs don’t recommend this.

The owner, Carrie is not an average massage therapist. She has a great gift / talent and genuinely cares for her clients. It’s unlikely you’re having an issue she has not treated but if so, research will begin and she will most likely take professional classes to study optional treatments eventually. I highly recommend Carrie AND Karen for therapeutic massage. And Carrie offers other therapies including lymphatic drainage and myofascial release to which I have had terrific results. Both ladies have a ‘knack’ if you will, for understanding the body and what it needs. If you’re looking for relaxation or in need of therapy, give Elite Massage a try.
