I enjoyed this massage tremendously. I really liked how Carrie asked me so many questions before we even got started and then she approached those trouble areas with caution. She was good about asking questions during the massage as well. She took great care to be in tune with my comfort level. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and with additional exercises to keep the stress from creeping back in. I would recommend Carrie and thank you for the wonderful massage. I’ll definitely book a follow up visit and would love to make this a routine.

I am a cranky skeptic, which means I’ve had a lot of otherwise-lovely massage sessions ruined when the provider started spouting off some woo-addled nonsense. Not here!! Carrie knows her physiology, she’s patient and skilled, and she won’t claim to heal your migraines by regressing you through future lives (I’m not making that one up, but someone I actually gave real money to once did). Her space is lovely and comfortable and soothing and her prices are terribly reasonable, especially given the level of (evidence-based!!!) care she provides.
