Went here with my husband for a couple massage, I wanted to give this new business a chance and become a customer, however when we got there the lady had no idea we had an appointment, then we went in the room, no relaxing music was playing as I have been to many different spa and they all have a relaxing music playing and dark room with warm blankets but at this place it was so quiet and it was super hot. I told the lady 3 times it was to hot and she just said ok, 15 min later she went to put relaxing music, she was out the room for about 8 min then went back out again for about 4 min and she finish my 1 hr massage just on time didn’t even bother to replace the time she was out. Plus she did a poor job I felt like my son was giving me a massage and not a professional person. My husband and I were extremely disappointed we paid for a bad service.

I’m literally typing this review as I walk out of this place, that’s how terrible it was. So I’ve been wanting to come to this place for weeks but kept putting it off. It just so happened that I woke up with severe back pain from sleeping in a bad position the night before, so the next morning I made an appointment. They took me in the same day, when I arrived the place looked okay, nothing inviting or fancy, just plain. I was quickly taken to the back room where I was told to get undressed. To begin, as I was getting undressed the lady peeked in and asked if I was ready, I was midway from removing my bra when she peeked through the door instead of knocking. I said “no pls give me a minute” so she walks away, less than a minute later she comes in again as I was trying to get comfortable on the bed, with my top exposed asking if I was ready?! That really irritated me and made me uncomfortable, as someone walking by could’ve easily seen me, not professional at all. Secondly, the room temperature was extremely warm and humid, I kinda knew it would be downhill from there. The lady comes in and doesn’t introduce herself, doesn’t ask how I prefer my massage (soft, medium, hard) she just assumes I want my back beat on and that’s exactly what she did. It was so rough and painful, nothing about it was relaxing. I was too afraid to say anything because I didn’t want to offend her and make my experience worse than what it already was. Now to the massage, her hand movements were extremely basic, it was the same up and down movements for most of the massage, no variation, nothing. Her technique seemed random and felt like she was making things up as she went. She isn’t professional, I can tell you that much, What bothered me the most though, is that she went from massaging my feet to seconds later massaging my forehead… idc if it’s my own feet you are massaging, please don’t proceed to touch my face with the same hands you just touched my feet with, that’s just gross!!! To top it off, the sheets on the bed smelled musty, and I left the room smelling just like them. It wasn’t a pleasant experience, I wasted $60 for a massage I could’ve gotten at home. Don’t come here if you’re seeking a professional massage, you’ll end up disappointed like I did.
