Elite Laser Center is AMAZING. The staff is so helpful and welcoming. The results from my hair removal are a dream come true. I also came for facials and those are the most rejuvenating experience. I love this place!! Highly recommend you won’t be disappointed:)

I had been coming here for several years for laser hair removal on several different areas and had purchased the lifetime guarantee package as I was told I could get touch up treatments as needed at no additional cost which was my incentive in paying extra for the package in the first place. Well buyer beware as this company is extremely unprofessional and does not know how to conduct business properly. I noticed for a while that the staff had an extremely high turnover which was the initial red flag. Then shortly after Covid when they first reopened, I scheduled my follow up treatment to be left undressed in a room for almost an hour and told that I had reached my limit on my sessions and if I wanted my session performed that day I would have to pay extra money. I was extremely furious as no one mentioned this to me prior to my appointment and was left in a room for an hr undressed before I was finally told this news. I insisted on speaking to Sharon who was the owner and she refused to come into the room and instead she sent one of her sidekicks that worked there who was extremely rude and unprofessional insisting that wasn’t the way the package worked. I explained many times I had purchased a lifetime package and that I was told that would include any additional treatments I needed at no additional cost hence why I paid extra for it in the first place. She cut me off several times, and just told me that I had misunderstood. I requested to be given copies of all the paperwork I had signed and copies of my treatments and chart at this point and was further told they had to mail it to me and they couldn’t give it to me right then and there. ( Extremely fishy) I have never been so disgusted by a business who doesn’t stand behind what they sell and to be treated as poorly as I was that day and that the owner didn’t even have the dignity to come speak to me herself. When someone performs business honestly, they should have no problem coming to speak to an irate/ dissatisfied customer to rectify the problem. Needless to say I never came back here again. Don’t waste your money and make sure you have copies of everything you sign and have clearly in writing what you are entitled to with your package. She is not an honest person and will scam you out of your money.

Vanessa is absolutely amazing! I’ve seen quite a few people throughout my acne journey – people who didnt care! Many of the aestheticians I did see would do procedures that I probably shouldnt have been doing over my cystic acne, in term spreading the infection instead of helping to remove. I did leave Elite and tried someone else who was highly recommended by a friend with bad acne however, i didnt feel the aesthetician cared or listened to me like Vanessa did. Nor has anyone else really cared or listened prior to me seeing her.

Excellent staff and the place is super clean. I had my 1st treatment done so far from Vanessa. She was very kind and sweet. She explained all my questions very politely didn’t rush me at all. The girl at the front desk was also very sweet. Highly recommended Laser hair removal

BEWARE! I went to Elite Laser for skin tightening and have been disappointed since the beginning. I completed 9 out of the 10 sessions purchased and have seen NO RESULTS! From the beginning they NEVER TOOK ANY PICTURES! I asked Vanessa numerous times to which she told me the person who takes pictures wasn’t in. Finally around my 5th session Vanessa took pictures. Each session I let Vanessa know that I was not seeing any results. Finally I went to the owner Sharon who has been the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She first said Vanessa told her I refused pictures then said they lost my pictures. She’s is a liar and a thief. She has been completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Take your money and go elsewhere.

I received two gift cards for hydro facials. I used one prior to the pandemic. I called a couple of months back to schedule my next facial and was told my gift card expired. First off, I was unaware that happened. Second, you would think as a courtesy they would extend it due to the shutdowns. Even charge a small fee. Something. Nope. So it left a bad impression of their customer service. Go elsewhere. There are many more qualified places that would gladly tailor to the guest rather than money.

Dissatisfied. For those who wish to go, make sure each time you go to look at your chart!!! Keep track of your number of visits. Make sure they note all your phone calls. They seem to have lost my messages. I repeatedly told them I had many patches of hair growth. I was told the patches would go away by the end of my treatments. My package was done and still have the patches of hair growth. Everyone had a different reason on why that was. High turnaround on staff. Had to explain each time I went what body parts had to be done & what frequency I was currently on. Poor documentation and owner not reliable.

The facility is immaculate and their equipment is the latest technology. I was impressed with their attention to detail to ensure the clients comfort is aligned with their overall theme of old-world European elegance. I’m a regular customer and highly recommend them!

I came in for a Hydrafacial last week. The Aesthetician said she has been there for over 7 years !!!!!! The wealth of knowledge she had was so beneficial. Apparently I was over moisturizing at home which was causing me to break out because it was clogging my pours. I have had Hydrafacials before, but they usually only last 30 minutes and are way more expensive! This one lasted an hour and was cheaper then the other places I went to. The Staff was so friendly and the Atmosphere was clean and inviting!! I can’t wait to go back for other services!
