It took me a couple days to decide if I would leave a review but I finally decided I should describe my experience. My appointment for vitamin IV was at 11:30am and I didn’t leave until 2pm. She stuck both hands about 8times and missed every time. She said my veins were thin and rolling. She never told me before the appointment to drink water. During and after the appointment is when I realized I should of drank more water. I never got what I made my appointment for and she charged me $112. I ended up getting a B12 shot and the vitamin IV was $109. She stuck my hand so many times my hand was sore for 2 days. She still charged me more for the price of the IV that I never got. I understand veins are hard to find sometimes but she should tell her clients to drink water before appointments. Even though the point of the IV is to hydrate. I was so disappointed.
