I was happy to find an eyelash extension technician in Palm Springs, since I’m only here for a few days. Went on and the technician was really friendly. However, she was in a rush to finish with me because she had other clients. I was even asked if I could come back after finishing one eye! I said no and wished for the services to continue with no breaks. Well, the technician rushed the process and i say this because she was done rather quickly and she didn’t take the steps that she did with the first eye. I was disappointed once home, so I called back to come back on and get it fixed. She was nice about it and added a few. But the lady in charge or at the front taking payments was not nice. She started discussing my problem with another client in front of me. Not a professional environment on her part. $225 is what I paid for a full set when I should have paid $150 for the rushed service. Wish I could upload pictures of my eyelashes, that don’t look even and only one if full of lashes me the other one looks close to bald. I know it was noticeable but when I would explain to the lady at the front and the technician, they acted like they couldn’t see. Would not recommend, please seek service somewhere else.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Kathy is a true professional at what she does, and will hold your hand when you need it. I just had my last phase of permanent eyeliner done and absolutely love it. I also have debilitating anxiety, which Kathy went above and beyond to remedy. She even kept in touch during my aftercare to make sure I was doing well. A caring professional is hard to come by these days, but Kathy is a complete angel. She actually made the procedure painless….which I didn’t think was possible. The salon itself is spotless and everything is sterile. Now I can’t imagine life without my eyeliner. Eyebrows are next on the list. Highly recommended! Even my husband is overly satisfied.

I would not go anywhere else. The service is fantastic and I can actually trust Kathy with my hair. I have fine hair and it is very hard to work with but she knows exactly how to cut and color it. I am satisfied completely every time I get my hair done by her.

Had a GREAT EXPERIENCE @ Elite Images ! As a Snowbird, I really was shooting in the dark when I was looking for a salon to do my lash extensions for the first time. And as a person on many many medications that are causing my lashes to fall out, I knew that I needed someone knowledgeable and educated as well as compassionate enough to hear my needs and help me.
