There seems to be far too much talking and not enough cutting. The significant wait times contributed to this. I do understand that this is the rare essence of a true black barbershop but when on a time constraint, I dont need to wait around for 3 hours just to get a haircut.

Robert is a very unprofessional barber . I will never go back to this barbershop again. Robert told my 10 year old he had 3 people ahead of us but he cut 5 people. I finally spoke up and said something he proceeds to tel me that he never told my son that he only had 3 people. Long story short we were there for almost 4 hours and left with no haircut. I sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
