Critical: ValueI’ve been going to Elite for some time now for various different services over the past couple of years. When I needed my hair styled for a wedding, I didn’t think twice about booking. While I didn’t ask what the cost would be, I was appalled at check out. I wasn’t there for more than 30 minutes. Came with clean hair. Tiana charged … SIXTY FIVE dollars for two half braids and to make waves in the back. I could’ve done what she did at home…myself!!! I’m not a hair stylist! $65 + a tip which I wish I didn’t leave – $78 for TWO HALF BRAIDS! Unbelievable. I’m all about getting what you pay for – but this is definitely not one of those times. I was beyond disappointed and will not be using for any other services. This is not a high end salon. Two braids shouldn’t cost $78. Asinine. To speak to tiannas personality- she is a lovely person. I just can’t afford $78 braids in the future otherwise she is great. Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismWent for the first time today for a pedicure. They have great covid protocols and the salon is very clean. Tondra did my nails and was professional, talkative, and took her time. Very happy with my experience!
