Me and my two friends came to Kansas City for the weekend, and my two friends wanted to get their hair done before leaving the next day. Teal is amazing! Me and my two friends came to Kansas City for the weekend, and my two friends wanted to get their hair done before leaving the next day. We called the salon and teal was able to fit us in on her day off to get their hair done! One got highlights and the other a balayage. Her company was also amazing! They both plan to come back!

Critical: ValueFirstly I am writing this review in regards to the Hair stylist, Teal. I went to her for a keratin treatment called Brazilian renewal keratherapy keratin treatment. Firstly, she was doing the keratin treatment for 2 girls at the same time which isn’t professional. I had done keratin treatment earlier at different salons and no stylist ever did the treatment on 2girls hair at the same time. Secondly, you gotta cleanse the hair properly so that the cuticle opens up(she just rinsed my hair for less than a minute). Next, you gotta apply the keratin solution by sectioning the hair properly and that usually takes atleast 15mins of time as per my previous keratin experience, she just applied the solution in less than 2minutes and the solution wasnt spread evenly all over and then I realized the output is not going to be good or as expected. Next, you have a step where you need to apply the keratherapy mask and instead she applied olaplex conditioner and then I confronted her and asked her why are you applying olaplex conditioner instead of hair mask, she denied saying thats ok both are the same. Finally she sent me home with olaplex shampoo and conditioner which is riding not right because I just got a keratherapy treatment and I expect her to give me keratherapy shampoo and conditioner. Final Result: Totally Totally disappointed and dissatisfied, no change in my curl pattern or frizz. This place leases studios out to hair stylists, and my stylist has been there for quite awhile. I absolutely love my stylist, Julie Cash. She’s amazing. Always know just how to cut my hair to fix a problem I’m having, whether it’s a weird curl or being too long and frizzy. She colors my hair beautifully. Always knows the right combination of colors to use so that I can keep my natural color at bay. She’s funny, talented, and super stunning at cutting, coloring, and styling, hair. Or whatever else you want to do with it!

Debbie was awesome! She listened to what I’d like to do and gave suggestions on how to achieve it. She reshaped my hair and gave me highlights & lowlights.
