I called to ask about their pricing, since I’ve never been there before and am looking for a new hair salon. (So tired of the inconsistency of Great Clips). All I asked was “what is the price for a shampoo and cut, I have short hair.” I was told it was $45.00 just for the shampoo! Seriously, $45.00 for a shampoo is insane and was told “every stylist has their own price.” I told her that was ridiculous and would never pay that for a simple shampoo. I don’t know how they stay in business! I know for certain that I would never go here or ever recommend them. Zero stars if I could.

First time there and it took nearly 5 hours to get my hair done. I was given an apology and discount only after speaking up and nearly walking out. Very unprofessional especially considering the good things I’d read about the salon beforehand. The only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because my hair did look nice after the unacceptable wait. Not worth my money again.

My experience there can simply be described as rags to riches. I found the salon online and was hesitant to go…however my hair needed help. I called the salon to ask about a same day appointment. Ms. Ish answered the phone and she said I can come in at 1pm. The wait was less than 15 mins…I got there as she was finishing with a client. The salon is REALLY CLEAN and well ORGANIZED. Ms. Ish was very friendly and professional. She was very attentive to me through out the entire process and did not rush the service…even though she spend close to 2.5 hours on my hair. I really enjoyed my experience at the salon and would recommend this to my friends.
