This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. First they kept denying that my nails were acrylic until they repeatedly tried to rip them off from my nail bed and then finally accept the fact that I actually knew what I was talking about and they were acrylic nails which they themselves had applied a couple of weeks before. Then they charged me $45 to do a fill and polish with gel. My nails ended up being much shorter than they were supposed to be and than they were when I came in because he kept having to file them because they were all so crooked and shooting to the left or to the right and looked ridiculous. One of my pinky nails actually still looks like it’s ready to give birth. You can see through the polish in numerous spaces And other parts of my nail or never polished at all. If you want your nails done right do not go here!

I absolutely loved my experience here. I was recommended this place to get my haircut by my mom. The staff was so nice. The service was quick. I have nothing bad to say about my experience. I got my hair cut and my eyebrows done for only $45 plus tip. My brows look fantastic and so does my hair. I can’t wait to rock my undercut this summer. Thank you!

Great atmosphere, really friendly people. My tech was a really good sport about me asking for small fixes throughout my appointment. Didn’t seem to have much technical knowledge of acrylics or gel polish. Had to wipe with alcohol swab when I got home because they were still tacky. Also had to file down the acrylic near my cuticles because it wasn’t flush against the nail and my hair kept catching under it.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in and asked for a full set. I showed the guy what I wanted and he immediately said he couldn’t do it. Didn’t even brainstorm ways to do it like the many techs I’ve gone to in the past. He kept filing my nails until they were crooked. It’s not the nail, it’s my finger; you can’t change the shape of my finger. I didn’t even get the design I wanted because I was running out of time since it was my lunch break. I was bummed, but whatever. Then when my nails were drying, somehow several of them didn’t dry correctly. It was just all over the place. He offered me $5 off. I shouldn’t have had to pay for them because they’re hideous. I didn’t want to make a big fuss because I had to get back to work. Friendly staff, very accommodating, helpful and attentive. I’ve been to this location twice and will likely return. It’s become one of my favorite spots for a bit of pampering and self care. They’re a bit pricey and roughly a 30 minute drive for me but well worth it. Although there are salons in my neighborhood, when I find a great place I don’t mind driving the extra distance.

Today was the very first time I was able to finally be pampered, and I was thoroughly impressed with this salon in every single way! Both the owner and all of the technicians who work here are extraordinarily friendly and genuinely compassionate! My fiancé, sister, son and I not only were able to enjoy some pampering – we also enjoyed the company of the employees! I’m relieved to know that my local nail salon is clean, organized, spacious, and all around amazing! I would recommend this salon to anybody! 🙂
