I’ve only been to this location twice and once I mistakenly walked into a salon right down the road. But, I live in CA and have to make an appointment anytime I’m in town to see Catie. I’ve been going to her for years. This location is cute, based inside a house and looks very welcoming. The other stylists there are friendly which is a plus to me.

I’ve had a very difficult time finding a hair stylist over the last few years, and my hair just isn’t that hard to cut or dye. My experience with far too many stylists in Kernersville is someone listening to me, smiling politely, and then doing whatever they think is best, not what I want. So, in sheer desperation a few months ago, I cold called Elite, where the phone was answered by Abby. I took a chance, and I’m soooo glad I did! For the first time in years I’ve found someone who actually listens to you, and then does what you ask-and does it very well. Not only is she a great stylist, but my hair is finally a simple dark brown again rather than that horrible reddish tint when it’s not done correctly. Abby listens, then really focuses on getting it right. She’s professional in her work with a real attention to detail. The salon is also very welcoming and relaxing-and I’m so glad I took that chance. I hope Abby is here a long time!
