From the cleanliness of the facility to her demeanor and efficiency in checking me in plus the treatments themselves were all top notch. Don’t waste your time. Scheduled a 9:30a appointment and paid a deposit. Received the confirmation through text the day before. Show up at 9:25a and the salon is completely dark, the door is locked. I called the number listed in the email but it’s an answering service only and she says she’s not able to reach anyone at that location. Wasted 20+ mins driving here and now home in morning traffic. Very unprofessional!

Would highly recommend this new facial spa in Orinda Calif. Was recommended by a good friend of mine haven’t had a facial treatment in over 15 years. This was so impressive with updated technology, the wide range of facial skin care , and the atmosphere was very clean and new. The esthetician (alexia) was very knowledgeable and professional.
