Stay away poor service, after making an appointment early i was told 4 pm . I showed up 5 minutes early took a seat. They called me over to the chair to sit and soak me feet for my pedicure. I sat there 45 minutes feet now in cold water watch others who walked 15 minutes after I did get waited on.. Mind You I made an appointment. I will go elsewhere to spend my $50.00 to just trim my nails and tip $10-$20 every time .. worst experience poor service!

I had an appointment set for 1st thing in the morning. I arrived 10 minutes early. There was only 1 male worker there who took another customer who had an appointment because he is the “only one who can do powder nails” which I wanted acrylic. So I had to wait almost an hour for another employee to arrive. Which wasn’t a for sure thing because the guy working the salon kept calling his fellow employees and saying “no one wanted to come to work today”. I was a bridesmaid and had to attend my best friends wedding rehearsal later that day in Colorado which is why I made the appt so early in the morning. Only to have to wait for someone to hopefully come to work. I ended up missing half the wedding rehearsal. Apparently Lexy was still out of town and her employees don’t feel being punctual while she is away is necessary. This is no way to run a business!

Made same day appt for pedicure and acrylic nails. I was able to receive service immediately after I arrived. The tech was friendly and gave a great pedicure. I was then seated for my acrylic nail service with a different tech. Tony did a great job on my hands. The prices were reasonable and service was great!

Critical: QualityHonestly I was really disappointed I felt like they did a rush job and did not take the time to care about the quality of my nails. It was really messy and overall just not how I wanted them to come out. Especially with how much I paid 🙁 sadly will not be returning to this business.
