It was a good haircut, but it’s a little expensive when I can get the same good haircut at another barbershop. If Brock charged $15, I would have tipped $5 for a total of $20, and been a return customer. However, charging $20 is a little steep for what I need, and then feeling guilty because I haven’t tipped makes it a bit of an awkward experience. I’ll be happier to go to a less expensive place and give a good tip. It’s just a nicer overall experience that way.

Critical: ProfessionalismI called them to set up an appointment for my son’s to get their hair cut. When I called, they sent a text telling me to text, not call. I asked if I could set up an appointment for my boys. He said he was booked until Tuesday. I said well I’d like to schedule for then if that’s fine. He never responded. I waited a while and sent another message asking if he wanted me to come in to the shop to set up an appointment and he wouldn’t respond.
