Elite Concept Hair Design provides excellent service to men and woman of all ages. Margaret, Debbie and Lisa are true professionals and at the top of their field. They truly strive for you to look your best. The shop is classy and the rooms are private. I’ve been getting hair cuts with Margaret for over 25 years. When Margaret is unavailable, Lisa and Debbie are great second options. I generally tell it like it is and Elite Hair Designers are truly the best!

I first met Margaret, the friendly and intrepid founder and owner of Elite Concept, back in 1992. I was terribly self-conscious about my bald head. I had suffered through dreadful and useless hair transplant surgery by the Manhattan doctor who was usually credited with originating the procedure. After that failure, I grew the hair on the side of my head long and sprayed it into place over the bald area. A bad solution.
