I felt really blindsighted by the prices. The girl who did my hair was lovely and did a decent job and I in no way blame her for my negative experience. We started off with a deep cleansing treatment, which I was not informed I would be charged 25 dollars for nor did I ask for it. I also was charged a 60 dollar “extra bowl” fee. Are you guys charging extra for bleach? I get that maybe I’d get charged a fee for extra materials, but 60 dollars is just insane and when it was already 125 dollars for the global lightening I’m just shocked it wasn’t included. I had also tried pointing out a few times that I was concerned with the patchiness from underprocessed parts of my hair, but it wasn’t addressed before I left and I feel like for that kind of price I should’ve been happy with my hair. My boyfriend’s haircut also ended up being really uneven. I really wanted to like this place but I just feel like it’s overpriced and the quality isn’t what I paid for. I think there should be more transparency about the pricing online, as a low income person I really can’t afford to spend almost 300 dollars on one visit to the salon and walk out patchy. Very very disappointed.

Randy, the nail Tech was welcoming and showed interest in wanting to do my nails from the time I requested an appointment right through completion of the service. He maintained fun conversations while also staying focused on my nails. He Is knowledgeable in all of the different styles nails can be done (acrylic, gel, dip). I have had such horrible experience at other nail salons but Randy has such an upbeat positive attitude and confidence about him that made me feel comfortable.

Clean inside space with bright lighting. Under construction so some services were not an option. One type of nail polish but many colors to choose from. Tanning seems to be the primary service. Walk ins can sometimes be accommodated. Quality job on a men’s haircut and decent pedicure with very friendly and helpful staff. Erin and Candice are an amazing team. They were patient and kind. My color correction took a chunk of time and they made me feel welcomed and not an inconvenience. I was “Wowed”. Safe to say, I won’t find this level of service in NJ!
