Went in last week for a consultation for hair and tattoo removal. The lady I met with made it feel like I was in a used car dealership. Very fast paced when discussing services. Their test patch for tattoo removal didn’t even yield any results. Customer service failed to even get back to me when I emailed asking about their scheduling. I don’t recommend this place if you’re wanting to work with a company that you feel is transparent and patient. This place seems to just rush you through the consultation and leave you feeling pressured to go through with high cost services. I’m glad I didn’t pay them hundreds of dollars for their package deal of treatments.

Clean place .. nice staff! Treatment didn’t work for me I purchased 8 sessions and also b12 shoots. Spend over 3k. And it just didn’t work. I work out 3 times a week and drink plenty of water and saw no improvement on any muscle tone. I let rep know my concerns and response was to spend additional money on more treatments. I wouldn’t try this place again.

I did my free consultation and first treatment for tattoo removal a couple of days before. Online paperwork saved a lot of time during my visit. The staff is nice and pleasant. The center is clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated. The treatment process was straightforward and quick. Brenda also helped me find a location in India for future treatments. I really appreciate their work and highly recommend them for tattoo removal services. Their service charges are also very less compared to other similar service providers in the city.

They were also honest about the procedure and really had me do my research before continuing. Not bad for the six or seven minutes it takes to do the whole tattoo. It does take several sessions and depending on the age of that tattoo those sessions could be less or more. But finally here’s my results. It took my tattoo personally five sessions, and it is not visible at all!
