I purchased a Groupon deal for a haircut and balayage. Juli was friendly but she destroyed my hair. I got a horrible haircut, the left and right sides of my hair have totally different hair shapes, and the back of my hair has uneven ugly looking layers. When she was first done with my balayage, the right side of my hair was blonde and the left side of my hair was brown. When I realize that I told her that the colors were not matching, first she told me “I don’t think so” and half an hour later she said “this is not the hair color you wanted” and she re-started the dying process. After 6 hours of being in the salon, I didn’t even leave the salon with a nice blow dry, instead, I left with frizzy, horrible layers and the color that I did not ask for. I do not think I could be more disappointed.

I purchased a Groupon deal for haircut and bayalage. The hair stylist was friendly but totally inexperienced. I hated my haircut and color – had to return to let the stylist fix it. Still the result wasn’t good at all and the color faded away and turned yellow after just six washes. I emailed the owner about the issue and she just never responded. Very disappointing experience!
