I have been going to see Jonathan here for over a year now and he has been nothing but truly amazing, attentive, and always gives me the best haircut. However, the last couple of visits, especially today, the music was so loud I couldn’t have a normal conversation with him. Is there any way they could keep the music low so I can have a better conversation with my barber? I understand the necessity of music playing and it was good music it’s just so loud recently. Can anything be done to lower just enough to have conversational levels of speech?

Waited over an hour & was told I had to wait another hour just because I was a walk in even after I called & tried to make an appointment over the phone they told me just to walk in. There were 10 barbers when I arrived. 3 barbers finished up their appointments and then said they were done for the day and left early even after asked to help with walk ins they refused. Walk ins are looked at as a nuisance in this place. Also, on my previous visit I managed to get a haircut & told the barber that I spiked my hair up in the front & that I did not like comb overs at all & he STILL gave me a comb over haircut. Never returning to this place again! You’ve been warned. Find another barbershop.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent in and ask if they except walk in clientele and ask how long is the wait for a walk in. They responded about 40 min to an hour wait. And proudly said We’ll take care of you. Yeah my kids and I waited for about 2 hours and 15 minutes patiently still no barber called us. And forgot to mention that they skip us twice. Seems like they are taking care of the Hispanic clientele first (walk in).I guess If you’re a nonHispanic clientele you’ll be put in the back burner. It’s just my observation on the whole two hours and 15 mins we waited and wasted. Walked into the shop was not even acknowledged asked for a place to sign and nobody answered so I just sat down and waited for a barber to become free. Horrible! waited 2 hours when i finally said i had enough & walked out , they don’t acknowledge any of the walk-ins , absolutely unprofessional, they leave you mid hair cut to go eat. 0/5 would not recommend.

Today only needed my son cut, one guy cutting, one guy eating, one guy cleaning. They said they had an appointment but could get to him soon. An hour later and after watching 10 people with “appointments” get cut we left with my son crying that they must not want to cut his hair because they don’t like him.
