Critical: QualityI called At 11:30am and I was told to come in and they would cut me quickly. I arrived at noon and saw so many walk-in get cut before me even though I was there before them. When i got there none of the barbers asked who I was there too see or if I needed help. I sat down waiting for over two hours. I walked out because they did not respect my time seeing how long I waited. Very unprofessional and i will never go back. Really bad first impression on my very first visit for my son’s second haircut ever. We never even made it to the barber’s chair because his arrogance and rudeness. I called first thing in the morning to make an appointment for 3:30 which he told me himself he had an availability at that time. He never took my name which I found to be odd and when I went in at 3:30 he has someone in the chair and told me that I had never confirmed the appointment time. I asked him how else am I supposed to confirm an appointment time aside from calling directly to schedule the appointment like I did. He wanted to continue saying that I never confirmed the appointment and that I kept asking questions which the only question I asked was after he had told me that I was being charged $5 extra for making an appointment because it would be reserving my seat. Even that right there was ridiculous to hear how someone is going to be charged $5 more for booking an appointment. That was just ridiculous. Needless to say I will never step foot back in there.
