Had a deep tissue massage with Angela yesterday, it was absolutely perfect. She is a massage wizard! Afterwards I had a facial with Margaret.. 40 years of expertise and it showed. Very knowledgeable and relaxing all at the same time. I was a puddle by the time I left the spa!

It’s been a few years since I have been here, used to go a lot. I was disappointed after I spent nearly $400 here this afternoon. Every single room was freezing cold, I was uncomfortable. The heating beds weren’t working. I was never offered water or anything to drink. My wrap and facial was 30 minutes late, she did not apologize and somehow still ended earlier than the time allotted. I was bummed out as I felt I had just thrown $400 down the tube.

Went for the first time today and it was AMAZING! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Carly explained everything about the facial in depth and did a phenomenal job. I also had an hour massage with Morgan who did an awesome job, great technique and pressure. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely be going back again!

Critical: Professionalism, QualitySo, I recently moved here from CT I was looking for a nice monthly massage place for myself. I ended up coming here once. I booked another appointment at the front desk for next month. I ended up getting COVID-19, I was very sick and was in and out of the hospital. I missed the call date to cancel my booking date by one day. I spoke with the receptionist and explained my situation that I didn’t cancel my appointment because I had the virus and was ill. I said I would provide proof of my diagnosis. She was extremely inconsiderate and repeatedly stating it was company policy therefore they took $75 from me without me even coming in to get a massage.I understand and respect that this is a cancelation policy provided on their site.. but me calling and explaining my situation and the staff being incapable of any compassion is not getting my money. A lot of people are getting the virus right now and it is effecting everyone differently, I feel as if they practically stole $75 from me. Congratulations you just lost a customer!
