Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMade an appointment based on a reference from a friend. They are always booked, so when we finally got an appointment, we were happy. My daughter got there on time was, was sitting in the chair, when another lady came in and said that she too had an appointment at the same time. My daughter was told to come back in 3 hours and they would “fit her in.” Came back 3 hours later, lady still wasn’t done, so we left and will never return. Made an appointment based on a reference from a friend. They are always booked, so when we finally got an appointment, we were happy. My daughter got there on time was, was sitting in the chair, when another lady came in and said that she too had an appointment at the same time. My daughter was told to come back in 3 hours and they would “fit her in.” Came back 3 hours later, lady still wasn’t done, so we left and will never return. I always get box braids and they always look amazing! It’s definitely worth the money, lasts a long time, and the shop is overall great as far as the atmosphere goes! 10/10 would recommend!!

Critical: ProfessionalismSpent 20 minutes trying to make an appointment for my 5yo daughter. I called and asked for a 2 strand twist out. The woman on the other end of the phone didn’t know what I was talking about so I ended up sending her a picture. Once she got the pic she told me she didn’t have any times open for the day I wanted. Naturally I asked if she had any openings before or after the day I requested. She replied saying she doesn’t do hair on children under the age of 7. Seems like she just didn’t want the job. I made it clear from the jump how old my child was and exactly what I wanted. Spent 20 minutes trying to make an appointment for my 5yo daughter. I called and asked for a 2 strand twist out. The woman on the other end of the phone didn’t know what I was talking about so I ended up sending her a picture. Once she got the pic she told me she didn’t have any times open for the day I wanted. The braids literally didn’t even hurt it was more of that annoying feeling of having hair on your head that goes away in 2 days. They are so nice and accommodating and worked very hard on my hair. The braids literally didn’t even hurt it was more of that annoying feeling of having hair on your head that goes away in 2 days. They are so nice and accommodating and worked very hard on my hair.
