I had a fantastic experience during my first visit to Elina Organics. Everyone there was so incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Amy was fantastic and so helpful, a real pleasure to chat with during my treatment. I had no idea that I would find a facial so relaxing and such a nice escape from my stress. This place is a little on the expensive side for me but in the end totally worth it. I got a hydra facial today and each product she used was tailored to what I wanted for my skin. I highly recommend this place. The building was beautifully decorated inside and the staff are so nice!

I don’t recommend facials nor working at this spa as an ex employee. *I’ve been waiting to make a review until I was a licensed cosmetologist and had no longer worked here* I did an “apprenticeship” for nails here the worst experience I would say ever. Not only was I not given any guidance for any of the paperwork for the state I was always getting a complaint like I couldn’t wear false eyelashes or I couldn’t say something a certain way. I’m telling you right now the skin care doesn’t work as well as there was never any scientific studies or even photos of long term results, it’s over priced. The owner is just extremely cheap and a lot of it is shipped in from China. For example when getting dermaplaning done by a licensed professional & being charged a significant amount the razor shouldn’t be bought off Amazon and look like something any user can get from Walmart. Lastly the biggest complaint is the esthetician Martha Potter she bullied me the whole time I worked there and it was truly just all about the money for her

I LOVE Elina’s products and the personalized facials I receive from Martha! She is THE BEST! The atmosphere is so peaceful and welcoming! I have NEVER had any problems with appointments and in fact had to reschedule once and the process was easy. This is a very professional and personalized spa.
