This place is great for basic nails, but depending on who you get and I don’t think many of the nail tech do designs or maybe this isn’t a slime where many people request designs…. If you decide to get a complicated or delicate design it might not come out the way you wanted or expected. I always want a cool and different design and I’m pretty particular. Not bad though, the staff is friendly and takes criticism well. But they do a great job. It’s not bad I’m just not in love with my nails. They only look good from far away 7/10 .unsure if I will be coming back or just trying out a different nail tech to do the more complex designs.

This was my first time coming and it really was a fantastic visit! The owner Mrs. Kim was very nice! And the technician that did my nails Ms Ashley was very patient! My nails came out fantastic! I had a gel filling and I will be coming back. It’s a very clean shop and there’s a lot of space between you and other customers. They also welcome male customers too! The prices were really fair and they had a variety of colors. And there’s some special perks in this shop! They offered a free massage while I was getting my nails done for my shoulders and my neck and it really relaxed me! They also offered free beverages. Like wine,soda, coffee or water I really like that it’s local and I don’t have to go too far from my home. You can walk in or make an appointment with the technician of your choice if they’re available.

This is my 2nd time at Elife and they did not disappoint! I showed them a photo of what I wanted and they did a great job! They are always busy but they will keep you updated and will check in. Nails were rushed and uneven. I believe it was because the last sitting next to me was a regular customer and she needed to get to her nails. No care was done for my cuticles after I had requested manicure service after I walked in. Disappointed.

Critical: QualityI came to this nail salon for the first time on a recommendation of a friend. We had appointments at 5:30pm werent serviced till much much later. The wait time did not bother me as I’ve waited in plenty of other nail salons and I know how busy they can get. I went in to get a fill-in and asked for matte black nails with a gloss tip. If you look at their Facebook profile they have beautiful nail set and beautiful nail art photos. What was the end product of my nails were definitely not high quality or even the $60.00 I paid for. Take in mind again this was just a fill-in not a full set. So to say they over charge is a understatement. Of course i had to be the type of person who hates being conformational or speaking up when i don’t like something bcs of my anxiety so when the nail tech asked if i liked them i simply smiled and even left her a tip. The wait time did not bother me as I’ve waited in plenty of other nail salons and I know how busy they can get. I went in to get a fill-in and asked for matte black nails with a gloss tip. Today was my first time visiting this nail spa and I am sold. The customer service was top notch and my nails (SNS) turned out absolutely beautiful! Upon arrival I was greeted and offered a beverage (wines and water are offered frequently). The hostess also gave me and other customers a back massage while receiving services. I have been to several nail salons and this one is the best. I have already made reservations for me and my friends to return for pedicures.

Never again, manager was rude. The manager is the short lady with the girdle on. She was nice the first time but messed up one of my brows. I came back next morning and she started giving me nasty looks and fixed it. I told her politely she should have apologized for the inconvenience and she got rude and kept cutting me off like “I fixed it what else do you want.” So I will not be coming back and I don’t recommend it! Also the stuff she put on my face after the wax broke me out & that’s never happened anywhere else! There’s like 3 other salons in he area so yeah bye! Going back to TH Nail.
