This is the most beautiful nail salon in town. They have all kinds of services about nail and waxing, hair removal. Friendly Professional staffs/technicians. Must come to see with your own eyes. Highly recommended.

Best nail place ever! I usually go monthly but recently I havent had a chance to go because of work,etc. So today (July 6) I decided to go and I am so glad I did! Danny did my nails and he did super good! Danny and Nathan (I think thats his name… the man with the tattoos) never disappoint me! I wish the reviews weren’t so bad because they do an amazing job , I swear! (All i wish is that they didnt change their prices so much because every time I go I get told to pay a different price lol… but I understand everything is so expensive nowadays)

By far my favorite nail salon. Only had one sort of I don’t want to say bad but it was a less than awesome experience with them but I was charged a fair price for the work I received. But every other time my nails have been spot on. I would 100% recommend.

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new nail spa. I was hesitant to try based on the reviews but I am so glad I finally decided to try it. Beautiful salon, friendly and professional work all done with a smile. I think I’ve found my new “nail home.” Rose and the gentleman with glasses were awesome!

Critical: ProfessionalismI will NOT be returning to this salon. I went in for a basic pedicure and gel fill-in with French. The pedicure was ok, except for the guy barely scrubbed my feet and the top coat had smeared brush lines because there was barely any polish left to put on my toes. Also, the full set took a VERY long time to do and you could see my real nail through the paint. Not to mention the paint looked faded. BUT that wasn’t it. I went back the next day to get it fixed after scheduling to come back the day before. When I got there no one even knew I was coming in and when I asked to just have the French removed and paint the nail fully and get my $5 back for the French I was told that I could either get the nails fixed with no refund, or come back the NEXT day to get the refund with no nails being fixed because the manager wasn’t in that day. I wasn’t coming back a 3rd day so I just got the nails fixed. I appreciate the guy who fixed my nails, but the overall customer service was very mediocre. The pedicure was ok, except for the guy barely scrubbed my feet and the top coat had smeared brush lines because there was barely any polish left to put on my toes. To Whom it May Concern, I purchased two gift certificates from your location Elife Nail Spa on the Saturday before Mother’s Day to give as gifts total cost was $70. One of the recipients used theirs on the Thursday after Mother’s Day without any issues. The second one was trying to be used for payment on May 21st. After she had received her service which was a pedicure she provided her PREPAID gift certificate for payment. The manager on duty told her that she would have to pay 50% of the service. She asked why the service was $35 and the gift certificate was $35. The manager on duty told her that the guy running the salon left and they could not find him so the money for the gift certificate went to him. She ended up paying $35 out of her pocket and called to let me know what happened and she was bringing me back the certificate. Which is embarrassing considering this was a Mother’s Day gift. I then went to the location and spoke with the manager the same day he told me the same story. I explained to him that the location is Elife Nail Spa where I purchased my gift certificate. Why did my recipient have to pay anything out of pocket? Especially when the service was prepaid for. The conversation did get heated. He made a copy of my receipt and told me that he would reach out to his higher ups and call me in a week, it is now two weeks and I have not heard anything. I WANT A $35 REFUND FOR MY GIFT CERTIFICATE THAT WAS NOT USED.

Where do I even start…. It was my first time at this nail salon coming from Texas and was expecting everything to go nice and smooth we’ll let me tell you it was the complete OPPOSITE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!! My friend who was with me had asked the nail technician to re cut her cuticles because they were cut incorrectly and the manager who was doing my pedicure got extremely upset because she requested that. He told us that we pretty much get what we pay for. So you’re saying because I paid $45 pedicure I’m not able to give my opinion because I didn’t choose the most expensive pedicure this place offers????? I had never felt so mistreated at a nail salon in my life. This was the WORSTTTTT experience and the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Go spend your money elsewhere this place could be elegant and beautiful but it is not worth it.
