Elie and his team never disappoint! We just recently had them for my sister’s wedding. The quality of work is phenomenal, they put so much time and effort into each person. I’ve never had my hair done before and had it last so long, especially in such humid weather. I also have been letting elie do my color, not many people know how to properly handle black hair. He has managed to take me blonde on multiple occasions without burning my hair! His team is always on top of everything and I have yet to leave this salon disappointed. Definitely worth my 90 minute drive to get here!

Terrible service, the staff are all unprofessional! He started doing my hair at 10:00 AM and did not finish me until 7 pm. He made me sit with hair dye on my head for hours because hes overbooked and doesn’t have time for all of his clients bc he is so greedy, i end up sitting waiting for him to finish other clients with dye on my head. His store manager is very unprofessional, she gives me different prices and policies everytime i go. He is very greedy, his staff dont know how to do anything bc he doesn’t want to pay for fully trained and professional staff. And on top of it all he HE CHARGED ME $420 FOR A BALAYAGE keep in my mind my hair was already fully blonde.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueIf I can give this place a zero star I would, but sadly I can’t. PLEASE DON’T COME HERE !!! They will damage your hair and give you something you didn’t ask for. I asked for a mix of highlights with a balyage and look at my pictures to see what they gave me. I had my appointment at 12 and didn’t call me in after an hour. So unproffesional. I’m so dissapointed with my visit here and they charged me $33 dollars for a cut when it wasn’t even a cut, It was a small trim not even 2 inches. They overprice and don’t tell you they have sales going on when they do. I paid $250 for this garbage work. The receptionist was so rude to my mother, she was sweeping right in front of her and told her to pay beforehand as if we weren’t going to pay her probably because of how we looked since were Hispanics and they all were a mix of white and something else.Overall so rude. Just please don’t come here you will waste your money and time. Save your money and go somewhere else. I truly don’t even know why they’re still open as a salon. They took me without an appointment but glad I called 1st to make sure they had time for a walk in. I got my haircut by Elie and I LOVED it. I’m happy that he didn’t take off more length than what I asked for which is what a lot of stylists do. He helped give advice about getting a keratin treatment and hair coloring. I showed him pictures and he helped explained how to achieve those colors and what’s realistic on my hair and not. I’m definitely going back to try the keratin treatment and get my hair colored. Elie and the other stylists were very friendly and recommend to come here ASAP
