Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI made a appointment day prior when I got there they kept saying I didn’t have one . And when I went to get hair washed she was rushing the soap was fluffing my ears ! When she was drying my hair after cutting the dyer was burning my scalp to a point I’d have to yank my head away not once did I get asked if I was comfortable or “are you okay is it to hot” when I left and looked in the mirror my scalp was red !!!!! I made a appointment day prior when I got there they kept saying I didn’t have one . And when I went to get hair washed she was rushing the soap was fluffing my ears !
