She doesn’t just give a great massage, but she gave great advice for at home care in between treatments as well. She genuinely cares about your overall health. All of the staff are friendly and helpful, and the overall environment is very comfortable. ( their guest lounge upstairs is my fave. ❤️) I’ve seen Lamorris several times for my massage and couldn’t be happier with the results I’ve seen. He is very knowledgeable about massage therapy and really goes above and beyond to make his guests feel comfortable. I really appreciate his professionalism and desire to help with any pain or discomfort you’re experiencing with your muscles. It really shows when someone loves what they do! I can’t say enough good things about Elia! I started coming a few months ago for massages and have been super pleased with all of my experiences here! All of the staff are friendly and helpful, and the overall environment is very comfortable. We had not been to Elia before, but I had heard great things about them and thought it would be fun to take my daughter for her first spa experience. We were greeted by staff as soon as we walked in and Keragan introduced herself to my daughter, Hadley. She allowed me to watch the facial, per Hadley’s request. Keragan was so sweet and talked to Hadley throughout the process making sure that no specific scents bothered her. Hadley felt like such a big girl! She explained what she was doing throughout the facial and had lighthearted conversation with Hadley. She even allowed me to take a picture of Hadley with her mask on, knowing it was her first spa experience. I’m embarrassed to admit it, but I have never had a facial myself. Needless to say, I will be booking my own facial with Keragan at Elia! We had not been to Elia before, but I had heard great things about them and thought it would be fun to take my daughter for her first spa experience.
