I would rather not rate this place at all. If there was zero rating, that would have been my choice. Poor customer service, the owner was beyond rude and disrespectful. I referred someone to this place and things went out of hand that we were being threatened with the police. First off, the appointment was for 10am, she did not start braiding until almost noon. Only to be cussed at and hung up on after calling to get the estimated time for pickup. I have never been to a place where medium braids takes almost 8hours, she kept leaving the hair to do other things and she said that is normal. Wow!I have never felt so humiliated in my life. So will I advise anyone to go here! NO!
